Nolan Bailey Musgrove, 16, of Altha, FL, passed away early Saturday morning, January 18, 2014, near Altha.
Nolan was born on August 19, 1997, in Tallahassee, FL, and had lived in Altha all of his life. He was a junior at Altha High School and a member of FBLA and the baseball team.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Dara and Andy Schamens, of Altha; his father, Kevin Musgrove, of Altha; a brother, J.K. Musgrove, of Altha; sisters, Brook Schamens and Dustin of Altha, and Nikki Schamens of Altha; maternal grandparents, Jerane and Jack Spain, of Altha; paternal grandfather, Jimmy Musgrove, of Altha; step-grandfather, Ross Schamens, of Altha; aunt, Melissa Murphy, and her husband, Hudson, of Pensacola, FL; niece, Khloe Schamens; and nephews, Kylan and Konner Schamens.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 23, at 2:00 pm CST at Altha Church of God in Altha with Reverend Dwayne Tolbert and Reverend John Michael Hinson officiating. Interment will follow in the Schamens Family Cemetery near Altha. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 22, from 6:30 until 8:30 pm CST at Altha Church of God.
