Maude Lee Cain, age 92, of Kinard, Florida passed away Friday, June 6, 2014. Maude was born in Kinard, April 22, 1922 to the late Albert and Susie (Warren) Pitts. She was a homemaker and a dedicated pillar of the Kinard Community Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Clifford Cain; three brothers, Raymond Pitts, Jessie Pitts, and Franklin Pitts; and a sister, Eva Flowers. Survivors include four sons, Carlton Cain and his wife, Annette of Kinard; Marcus Cain and his wife, Patricia of Wewahitchka, Florida, Marlon Cain and his wife, Clara of Kinard, and Albert Cain and his wife, Christine of Port St. Joe, Florida; her daughter, Ruth Brownell and her husband, William of Wewahitchka; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; eleven great-great grandchildren; and her sister, Louella Pickron of Wewahitchka. The family will receive friends 9:00 a.m., Monday, June 9 at Kinard Community Holiness Church. The funeral will follow at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Carlton Cain and Reverend David McNeil officiating.
