Mildred O’Neal, age 78, of Hosford, Florida passed away Saturday, June 6, 2015 in Tallahassee. Born in Colbert, Oklahoma, August 26, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Willard and Novena (Utley) Weger. Mildred worked in Liberty County Schools as a teacher’s aide for many years and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Other than her parents, Willard and Novena Weger, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin O’Neal and her brother, Walter E. Weger. Survivors include two sons, Gary Douglas O’Neal of Hosford and Steven Gregory O’Neal of Bainbridge, Georgia; her daughter, Debra Elaine Chason of Hosford; grandchildren, Eric, Chris, Kurtis, Cameron, Casey, Clint, Gayla, Sherry, Ben, Oren, Christy, and Jeremy; and twenty-seven great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 9 at11:00 a.m. ET at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Bristol. The funeral will follow at noon ET at the church.
