William “Bill” Miller, age 69, of Graceville passed away in Panama City Wednesday, December 23, 2015. Born in Thomasville, Georgia, December 9, 1946, Bill was the son of the late Guy Powell Miller and Blondell (McDonald) Miller. He was retired from Florida Department of Revenue and was an associate minister at Cypress United Methodist Church. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was an avid Seminole fan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Terry Margerum and two sisters, Shirley Roddenberry and June Jay. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Lynn (Buchanan) Miller; three sons, William Michael Miller and his wife, Wendi of Gainesville, Florida, Shawn Margerum of Marianna and Elijah Kitchen of Graceville; a daughter, Sabrina Wynn and her husband, Brian of Graceville; grandchild, Jada Kitchen; and a sister, Jeanette Miller of Tallahassee. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 CT, Sunday, December 27 at Adams Funeral Home in Blountstown. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. CT, Monday, December 28 at Cypress Methodist Church.
