Mrs. Carolyn Nell Roberts Newsome, 55, of Sneads, Florida, passed away Sunday, July, 1, 2012, at her home in Sneads, Florida.
Carolyn was a graduate of appliance repair school at Chipola College in Marianna, Florida, and had lived in Calhoun County for most of her life.
Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Jimmy Nell Pullam, of Blountstown; stepfather, Mr. Johnny O. Pullam, of Blountstown; two daughters, Jessica Newsome of Panama City, Florida, and Kayla Newsome Tyus and husband, Ryan, of Grand Ridge, Florida; a brother, J.W. Roberts, and his wife, Wanda, of Blountstown; a sister, Debra Wright, of Grand Ridge; and a grandson, J.R. Tyus, of Grand Ridge.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. (CST) Thursday, July 5, at the Peavy Funeral Home Chapel in Blountstown with Reverend Tim Faircloth officiating.
